FIT X is a medium -high intensity fitness class designed to work the WHOLE body with easy to learn routines combining cardio, strength and core, we will be moving, releasing endorphins, smiles, laughter and a sing song too!

Meet the Team
NICOLA RIGBY
My name is Nicola and I qualified as a Zumba Instructor in July 2017. I went to my first ever Zumba Class in 2010 and fell in love with Dancing as a form of exercise (and mainly the fact it didn’t feel like exercise) and the buzz it gave me was incredible. Life circumstances had me suffering with anxiety and I gained weight too.
I returned to Zumba and the feeling I had when I stepped out of class was one that I didn’t want to lose again but I was struggling to get to evening classes and there wasn’t any daytime classes so I decided to train to become an instructor.
I love the feeling I get from teaching my classes and the feedback I get from my participants. I know that my classes make them feel happy, build their fitness and give them a social element too.

I LOVE working with Sarah and choreographing fun routines and watching our instructors enjoying themselves teaching, and watching them grow.
SARAH SKINNER
Hi, I'm Sarah. Qualified Level 3 Pilates Instructor, A.I.D.T.A Dance teacher, Human Movement Specialist, P.T Vegetarian, fitness lover and all round adventurer.

I began teaching dance in 2007 after a successful Professional dancing career travelling the world, performing on different stages, in different theatres, on cruise ships and so much more. I loved my dance career, but after 15 years I decided to lay down roots and begin my teaching journey.

I found a passion and love for teaching dance, which also then encouraged me to broaden my knowledge. I re-trained in Level 3 Mat Pilates, Human Movement, and Personal Training. I absolutely love the buzz of helping people feel good, look good and most of all maintain a good mental space through movement and music.
​
I continue to teach all styles of dance, pilates, exercise to music but have found a real love for helping people return to physical training after long periods of time off, injury, or people who are brand new to exercise.
​
I believe the key to a long, healthy, happy life is movement.
